The blast air cooler, which is also integrated, guarantees a very low blast air temperature. The compact cover ensures low noise and heat emission. This provides the capability of making minor adjustments to the suction and pressure side as well as to high blast air volumes. By way of option, the second intake can also be used as a second low-vacuum suction air supply. Optional corrosion protection also makes these vacuum pumps suitable for extracting moist air.

Our direct-drive combined blast/dual vacuum pumps rule out the need to purchase separate pumps for vacuum and pressure for the same application.

Requiring minimal maintenance, these quiet combined pumps allow the operator to change vacuum flow and pressure flow independently with the ability to adjust either without loss of performance.

Side Channel Pressure/Vacuum Pumps (combined pumps)

Using “multi-stage” compression, side channel pressure/vacuum generators produce low-pulsation suction and blast air. Perfected impeller design with curved blades guarantees optimum efficiency. Separation of the compression chambers on both sides of the impeller provides the capability of operating with a combination of suction and pressure with only one impeller. 

Intake filter, vacuum as well as pressure safety valve can be integrated as an optional extra in the patented design of the sound absorbers. The sound absorbers can be varied in length, affording flexible adjustment to available installation space.

Simplicity of design, contactless, with only one shaft and moving part, Pressure/Vacuum Pumps are long lasting with low maintenance and running costs. These Pressure/Vacuum pumps operate without lubrication except for the sealed for life bearings in the electric motor.
External intake and exhaust filters, control valves and additional silencers are also available from stock.
Ideal for applications where pressure and vacuum are required at the same time, but operate independently. For example: restricting vacuum does not affect the blow air flowrate or pressure.
