The Bertoli Homogenizer and High Pressure Pumps from the Leonardo Series are a sanitary execution focused design making it highly suitable for food processing. As it has been designed specifically for highly sanitary industries, all parts of the homogenizers are constructed of materials that are compliant with the strict standards of the food processing and pharmaceutical international standards.

The Bertoli Homogenizer, Leonardo Series, the HA-53, are high-pressure pumps that can reach industrial productions up to 60,000 l/h and maximum working capacities up to 1,200 bar. The design is highly focused on its capabilities to be highly reliable and easily maintained. The homogenizer is highly suitable for the chemical, cosmetic, dairy, pharmaceutical and the food and beverage industrial applications. With its closed-cabinet, the homogenizer provides excellent soundproofing, allowing a quiet operation. This high-pressure homogenizer comes with poppet valves, allowing both high and low-viscous products to emulsify and homogenize efficiently with minimal maintenance required.

The HA-53, Leonardo Series, comes with a series of features that highlights the functionality of the homogenizer in its industrial applications;

• Forged block made of Duplex, SAF2205, self alignment patented system, 5 plungers made of AISI630L, covered by chrome.
• Double stage transmission system with pendular gear reducer and trapezoidal belts and pulleys
• Homogenizing group with hydro-pneumatic adjustment of the pressure for a great stability and homogenizing valves in stellite™
• Conical valve seat and poppet valves made of stellite 20™
• Overpressure valve, flow switch alarm on water circuit
