Working Principle
The Alfa Laval GJ 4 operates on a highly efficient rotary jet head system. Its high-impact jet streams cover the entire interior surface of the tank in a successively denser pattern, ensuring thorough cleaning with minimal water and cleaning media consumption.
The cleaning fluid flow drives the nozzles to perform a geared rotation around both the vertical and horizontal axes. During the initial cycle, the nozzles create a coarse pattern on the tank surface. With each subsequent cycle, the pattern becomes denser until the full cleaning pattern is achieved. Once completed, the machine resets and begins the process again, ensuring consistent and reliable cleaning performance.
