Graco, QUANTM i80, EODD Pump

Graco’s QUANTM i80 with 1½” (38.1 mm) port is a revolutionary new electric-operated double diaphragm, EODD Pump. With a lighter weight and smaller footprint than other electric options, it provides the ideal solution for factories or manufacturing plants focused on meeting sustainability goals by reducing their largest variable cost; energy. An i80 EODD pump could pay for itself in 12 months or less with up to 50% manufacturing cost reduction while helping achieve compliance with increasingly tight regulations on carbon emissions and earning rebates along the way.

The QUANTM i80 EODD Pump is a reliable pump for applications that are considering to take part in the greenfield facility initiative. With a 1½” (38.1 mm) port and maximum flow rate of 80 gallons per minute and a powerful new FluxCore 3-phase motor and drive that provides 8 times more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors, the i80 EODD Pump is capable of handling most fluid transfer jobs to be efficient workhorse on the required production lines. Plus, the fast and easy plug-and-play installation – you simply plus it into any 240V outlet – allows you to easily replace existing pumps without additional investment or infrastructure work.

The EODD Pump, QUANTM i80, has a series of highlighted features that showcases the pump’s functionality in its industrial applications;

  • Wide-operating range and materials compatibility – it handles abrasives, aggressive chemicals, and shear-sensitive materials.
  • Up to 80% more efficient AODD, 50% more efficient compared to competitive electric technologies – displacing fossil fuel, hydraulics and air power.
  • Unique high-torque density design displaces gears, belts, and chains to minimize weight/size and replaces copper “rat’s nest” with a simple, low-resistance circular coil and steel stator to drive efficiencies and reduce maintenance complexity.
  • FluxCore Drive Module Control includes a simple knob that adjusts the pump speed, LED indicating status and trouble codes, and software required for pump operation.
  • Similar size to existing AODD Pump, the removal of the gearbox reduces footprint compared to other electric options.
  • The only electric-diaphragm pump on the market that stalls under pressure sensors and additional controllers and reducing downtime by preventing pump failures caused by clogged lines or closed valves.
  • Leak Sensor (Optional)
